Above is the new letterhead for the former “390th  Bomb Group Memorial Air Museum” established by our British friends at Parham utilizing the original control tower of the 390th Bomb Group operations during the war.

The change was made to incorporate the British Resistance Organization and infuse new funds into the organization for a new spirit of action replacing former complacency.  The control tower has been overhauled and repainted with the incorporation of the new name.

The announcement was received by a letter to Dorothy Moller from Mick Tipple, chairman of the organization.  Peter Kindred remains as the president. Their day was held on July 4, featuring a formal opening of an extension and underground Operational Base by Lord Ironside, one of the Patrons.

Dorothy Moller had been invited to become a Patron because the addition of  the distinguished Moller (family) name, and all that it means to the 390th Bomb Group, would enhance their new found status in museum circles and help the achievement of their goals.  Dorothy has accepted the invitation in order to give the 390th men another reason to remain proud of their achievements.
