390^th Bomb Group Memorial Trophy

On 18 May 1983, Joseph A. Moller,  wartime commander  of the 390th Bomb Group (H), presented the 390th Bomb Group Memorial Trophy to the Commander in Chief, Strategic Air Command (SAC). The trophy is to be presented annually to the  wing commander  who demonstrates the most effective personal leadership to achieve and maintain the combat effectiveness of his wing.
