A set of B-8 flight goggles manufactured by Polaroid. The green-tinted lenses of the flight goggles were intended to prevent bright sunlight from causing damage or discomfort to the aviator’s eyes.
This particular set originally belonged to Lieutenant Bruce F. Lowe, a navigator assigned to the 568th Bomb Squadron.
